Priority Driving Solutions Pty Ltd is owned and operated by Steve & Jo Gibbs.  Steve is a highly skilled Specialist Driver Trainer and Consultant based in Victoria, Australia.  We are a unique driver training business that provides training to agencies whose primary function is Response, Enforcement, Compliance or Investigations.

Steve's qualifications and skills are unmatched with extensive experience in all aspects of Emergency Driving.  Steve has trained uniformed police, undercover police, Ambulance Responders, Border Protection, By-laws and Chauffeurs.    

 

Having logged over 200,000 kilometres training police on public roads at pursuit speeds, Steve's observational skills are unmatched and his ability to impart knowledge and expertise to drivers is exceptional.

Priority Driving Solutions understands that not all driver trainers have the experience or skills to support your operational needs.   Our trainers are ex-police who understand that daily threat levels may escalate quickly, our driving courses train personnel in techniques to mitigate these risks.

Our driving courses are tailored to your specific needs.  They are conducted in the field and scenario-based.  Think of our driving courses as Operational Safety Training for your teams. Along with addressing road safety messaging we train personnel to make sound operational decisions whilst working or ‘on task’ in their vehicles.

Assaults on Emergency Service / Compliance personnel are increasing, traditional driver training maybe racetrack based with outcomes that don’t align with Communities behavioural expectations and almost certainly lack an understanding of managing escalating threat levels whilst working.
